  1. It depends on what you like, but in terms of the coffee itself - if you like normal, regualar coffee, the best blend would honestly be the Vanilla Hazelnut from Einstein Bros. Bagels. It's perfect. My parent's love coffee and that's their favorite.

In terms of atmosphere and desserts, I would say Sambuca Jazz Cafe downtown. It's the best place to go with a date or friends at night for relaxed entertainment, quality service, and amazing food.

  2. Starbuck's Duh!!

  3. Any Starbuck or La Madeleine for casual coffee and people watching.

  4. I use to love going to IHOP because of the coffee.

  5. My best place is right here in my living room every morning. Or on a nice morning out on the patio. Saves me on my gas and money. Enjoy!

  6. try house of pies. they also have the best pies to go along with your coffee.

  7. I would say my kitchen, but that's private. My wife and I purchase and grind our own beans.

For something more public, try Dunkin' Donuts. Superb coffee. I haven't had the fru-fru stuff yet, just black coffee. I remember plenty of late nights when visiting Yankeeland, where you either went to a diner or Dunkin'. Dunkin' Donuts has diners beat hands down. Better yet, they now sell their coffee at places like Costco. I still have about three pounds of Brazilian "forte" to go through before I buy some, though.

Forget Starbucks. Forget those trendoid coffeeshops inside the loop, too.
