Where's the best place in Puerto Rico to buy a summer house (must be near good scuba diving)?

Trying to spend less than 200k if possible. Like at least 2 br and 2 baths.

to the western part of the island, porta del sol. Isabela, its a beautiful place for summer houses.

yes thats ok! try to search on Aguadilla, Arecibo, Mayaguez or Fajardo. Those are pretty shore towns. good diving there,hope you enjoy it!

Best Snorkeling Areas in PR:

Fajardo on the east coast has the best snorkeling on the main island. Also off the coast from Fajardo, Culebra & Vieques islands also have great snorkeling. There small quiet islands with nice towns.

In the south there is good snorkeling around Guanica & La Parguera. Also near the city of Ponce, you will find the Caja de Muertos Island with a lagoon coral reef.

Isabella & Aguadilla on the Northwest have nice snorkeling areas. They are small quiet towns.

*If you like scuba diving also then on the west coast Rincon is a nice area with great diving around Desecheo Island. There is also snorkeling nearby.

Talk to this guys. They are the experts in PR. Look for a centric place wher you can move around freely to different and amazing scuba diving spots. I personally recommend Fajardo on the east and Aguadilla/Rincon oin the west. Take care Raul
