Where's the best place to buy Hookah (shisha) tobacco? (South-east)?

Where is the best place to buy shisha tobacco in the south east of England? Preferrably London/south of London.

I'm also looking to buy a shisha pipe, and was wondering if any shops around there sell them at decent prices also.

If you're looking to buy a hookah locally i can't really help you..
