Where's the best place to get new glasses if you already have the frames?

I can get the same frames less on ebay. Which place won't give you a hard time about it. Don't say Walmart, I've use them before and never again.

Sams club!!! they are great, helpful, and inexpensive. or a costco. but btw u do not need a membership card if ur going 2 sams club and going 2 the optical
