Where's the best place to have a 21st birthday party in Edinburgh?

I had mine in Glasgow, but I've recently moved to Edinburgh, and from my limited experience I would suggest:

Pub crawl down George street; for the more expensive purse.

I prefer the old town, I'd probably got assembly (just across from Bristo square) because they have good drinks deals (and food) before 8pm and eat there and have drinks then leave, as it's relaxed and not too crazy so you can talk etcetera. After that, walk down the bridge and maybe head over to George st, if you can make it stopping at every pub on the way... :)
