Where's the best place to photoshop your pics?

i want it for free no downloading! plus i want it to be able to transfer my new edit pics into my camera. i have a camcorder so tell me while it lasts;

Well if you want it for free and you don't want to download it then you can't photoshop anything. Unless you want to use photoshop.com/express which only does about 20% of what the real photoshop does.

You can also use picnik.com which is pretty good. But then again it's nothing like photoshop.

Might as well download it.

There's also gimp and google's picassa but those you have to download aswell.
