Where's the best place to ski?

I live in Ottawa, Ontario and love going skiing but have only gone to Mont Cascade. Where's the best place near me for skiing?

I would say Salt Lake City, UT!  But I don't know any place near you in Canada. :(

The best in North America has to be Whistler-Blackcomb, BC. Then Banff/ Lake Louise, Ab. and then Sun Peaks, BC.  Then maybe some Colorado resorts or Sun Valley, Idaho, USA.
