Shelter Cove, CA is great=) My family has a house there, but there is this little inn that is nice, and I'm pretty sure it's affordable. There are three beaches, a bunch of little shops...its a great place=) I'm not really sure about the weather this time of year, but in the summer it's perfect...not sweltering hot but not freezing down by the water either...
