  1. Who knows it sure as h**l aint in UTAH

  2. I love how they emphasize pollution, then relate it to GW? Most people don't understand that land base toxins/runoff are more detrimental then warming. They are immediate and are long lasting. Leaving a very small chance for organism's to relocate. Those that are stationary will have problems, but do not represent the marine environment as a whole.

  3. I wouldn't want the ecosystem to suffer just for it to be warmer, but one week end would be nice.

  4. your a hippy global cooling thats where im headed.

  5. ocean temp rise is caused by under water volcanos. http://www.iceagenow.com/Sounds_of_Clima...

  6. No it will not last a millennia. -

Warming oceans ARE the Driving forces of weather/climate on Earth - Remember El Nino/La Nina !  Not CO2!

Are you familiar with the Pacific Ring of Fire?

Also there are NOT 3000 robots searching the oceans - aside from what NPR says.

What NASA is just beginning to find:

Gazing at Medusa - off Costa Rica's coast:

"The scientists are exploring the ocean bottom with Jason II, a remotely controlled robotic vehicle operated by WHOI. Using Jason's mechanical arms and a temperature probe, they logged water temperatures of 335 degrees Celsius (635 degrees Fahrenheit) at the vent's opening. "

There may be millions of these in the oceans!?!

Now tell me why this Temperature Map of the oceans appear to correspond to the Pacific Ring of Fire?!?!?????

  9. Its a bit cold here right now so a bit of temp rise will be handy

  10. Considering we are in the middle of an interglacial and Antarctica reaches minus 30°C during its summer I don't think there's much worry about there being no ice.
