Want somewhere guaranteed to still be hot. Like Cyprus, Paphos, but would consider other destinations... what temps are balearics? Or Canaries? Are they as hot?

  1. Protaras, Cyprus!

Everything you need in one place!

Most of the hotels are situated along the shoreline of Fig Tree Bay and Flamingo Bay, and all are within a short walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants. September is a great time to come, as most of the crowds have gone, but its still nice and hot with temperatures still up in the 30's.

Proatars is a good place to have as a base, from here, its just a short drive/taxi/bus ride into Agia Napa....with good beaches, clubs, bars, restaurants etc, and it also has the largest waterpark in Europe.

Its currently between 32-34C here at the moment, and temperatures usually peak in July/August, but September is great too!

  2. Nothing can beat Puerto Rico in Gran Canaria.  I go there about five times a year - January, March, May, September and sometimes October.  I have yet to have a bad week.  The sun shines constantly even in the winter.  Its your best bet.

  3. Lindos,Rhodes.

Coincidentally I'm off to Paphos on Wednesday.14 days of sunshine, yee ha!

  4. Canaries will guarantee you sunshine.I was in Fuerteventura last september it was 30 celcius-Best beaches in Europe. All over suntan guaranteed-Only downside is the wind( hence the name of the island) but you get used to it.

  5. La Valette (Malta) is a place worth visiting

  6. I agree, the canaries. I reccomend either tenerife or fuerta ventura. Both VERY VERY nice! Tenerife appears to be a tad warmer though. The scenery is amazing and the culture is great!

Hope you find a good holiday! :)

  7. If you have to stay within Europe then to get the best promise of sunshine you must go to the most southerly place.  The Canaries is where you will find guaranteed hotness. If sunshine can be guaranteed that is :-)
