Meteora - awesome clifftop monasteries, something you will never see again

Athens - amazing sites, cool clubs, the Plaka is lovely

Mykonos & Ios - internationally well known for its nightlife

Crete - Palace of Knossos, beaches, resorts

Corfu - partying, beaches, resorts

Santorini - spectacular volcanic island, beaches, Fira is really quaint and very Greek-islandy (think postcards)

for sightseeing-athens, thessaloniki, delphi, epidavrus, mystra, corinth, rhodes, crete

for nightlife-cyclades islands

for beaches-ionian islands, rhodes, chalkidiki, milos

for winter tourism- the north, arachova-mount parnossus area

i agree with the answer above but i think the best beaches ever are in halkidiki (a complex with many little villages some quiet some busy, great beaches and wild nature). Unfortunatelly its a bit difficult to get many information about halkidiki over internet.... ask me if u need more details about places etc..

For mountain tourism: Pelion, Olympus

For nices beaches and swimming: Zakynthos, Corfu, Rhodes, Crete

For night clubbing: Mykonos, Crete
