Incest is the act of having s*x with a close family member.

They might have been incestuous, but not necessarily pedophilic.

According to traditional Christian Dogma they did not have incest (that came later, Lots kids.). The origin, even the names of the wives of Seth and Cane are never mentioned – nor is there any mention of the daughters of Adam and Eve (I guess they could have been the wives of their sons – very Egyptian Pharos if so). Now in Genesis 5.1 it mentions Adam father’s sons and daughters, but it only names Seth here.

So pedophilia, no. incest – perhaps.
