Visit the YMCA Employment and community services

.. they will help you find a job.. visit or call one of the following (which ever one is closer to you) .. they have a bunch of awesome programs that help youth find employment..i'm not sure about hte specific program you would qualify for since you are only 13 and you must be 16 for most of the programs..but contact that anyways and find out if you qualify ...

you can even try to go thru youth employment opportunities ..

you can only get a job as a paper delivery person. You can't actually work in a buisness. You're not of legal age. You have to be 14 or older to work in an actual buisness (McDonalds, Tim Hortons ect...) Just call up your local newspaper or go on the site and see if they have any job opening or call the peny saver. (i used to work for the peny saver and it's only 10 cents per paper you deliver)
