Where Can I Find Financially Savvy Participants for a Usability Test?

I am responsible for user feedback at a mid-sized company and I am looking for financially savvy participants for an upcoming usability test.

Basically, the participants give us an hour of their time, and all of their ideas and opinions about our website. In return, we provide monetary compensation.

Are there good message boards where willing participants can be found? Or is there perhaps another place I might look?

If there's  a university or college in your area that has business courses or a private business college you could try recruiting around campus.  Students always need money.
