careergrooms.com, it's a UK site,but has links throughout Europe, be prepared, they check, had responses  throughout Europe, and not just grooms, taking over dressage stable as an AM. not much background in dressage, hunters, Jumpers yes, even polo, yes even had a go-see with Lipizzaner stallion show traveling USA, where I live,. had to decline,   But good contacts if you're Euro-based.   Also, all disciplenes, stock-seat obviously, rightfully not much.

I don't know of any websites but go to the stable gate at any race track and tell them you are looking for work.  Grooms and hot walkers are always in high demand and most trainers will hire you whether you have experience or not.
