Where Can I Find Statistics On Human Right Practices?

Question

I need some statistics on human right practices in specifically the czech republic and slovakia. But, worldwide human right statistics would work fine.

I have been searching everywhere on the internet for hours. Any recommendations?

I don't have the link on hand, but I once stumbled across an annual report of the human rights record in each country, maintained on the U.S. State Department website.  It was very detailed and surprisingly balanced, as it happens.  If it's still being maintained, it might be what you're looking for.
