Where Can I Find The Addresses Of Railway Stations?

Is there a web site where I can find the addresses of railway stations all over the country (UK)?

I know I can book tickets on various sites, but need the actual addresses so that I can plan my route in advance from the stations to my destination so it is ready for when I arrive.

You don't need addresses to do this - just use an online mapping service such as Mapquest and type in 'XYZ station' to 'ABC address' I'm not sure stations give addresses - or indeed have them, other than the street name.
