Where Can I Get An Ecuadorian Passport For Me And My Children And How Much Does It Cost?

I live in Manta, Ecuador with my two children and would like to take my two children to the United States for vacation. Does anyone know where I can obtain a passport for me and my children and how much does it cost? I know the first thing is a passport follow by a visa but I do not know where to get the passport from.

Also, I would greatly appreciate if someone could give me a website or phone number of the place that gives the passport?

  1. You would have to go to the Policia Federal en el capital and they issue them there.
