Where Can I Get Light diffusion Gels?

I know I could get them online, but would they have them at like at a home improvement store like menards, home depot, or lowes? Or at an electronics store?

All stores don't carry the same products.  You should just call a few of your local stores and ask.  Most of them will be glad to help you.

Lighting gels may be available at a local stage lighting and rental store if there is one in your area.  Also DJ and music stores that have lighting equipment might have them.  Home stores will not have them, but they will have colored light bulbs.
