There are many adventure companies in the Cabo area that offer Jetski rental.  If you are coming off a cruise ship, then go with who they recommend because the deal will be better.  If you are staying at a resort, many of them have their own equipment.  If either situation doesn't describe your holiday then I would check out the website www.loscabosguide.com for all the companies in the area.  I would recommend going down to Medano beach and hiring a jet ski there.  They are about $60 an hour.
