lots of places, maybe a co-consignment shop where they get like 5% profit or ebay. or or maybe set up a flee market booth. advertise in news papers post fliers.  word of mouth. sell to friends co-workers so they can spread the word to their friends so on. create a borcher with photos and prices and order info on it. and hand it out too neighbors.will cost some money to start up no matter which way you go but if it good then you get a great return.

I make wooden things and sell them at craft shows.  A table for a day or for a weekend can cost anywhere from $25.00 to $200.00.  Just depends on the size of the show.  They're are always lots of tables with homemade jewelry.
