I got that exact shirt from Forever 21 in pink. You could easily cut a long sleeved shirt into a boat neck, like hers.

oh my god im watching that movie right now! what i would do is look at thrift stores because its a 90's style or go to Hollister/abercrombie and get a long sleeved shirt and cut the neck hole
