  1. By saving clips to your computer you are downloading them.

    What you want is streaming clips or episodes. These you don't download but can watch online.


  2. There is no such thing. When you save a clip, you have to download it to save it. Steaming video is the same thing. You download a clip piece by piece. You don't save it on your computer, but the peices are still there in folders on your hard drive.  

  3. try narutowire.com, but all ep's r in sub titles.
