There used to be a really good site at Edale - try the local Tourist Info, who are sure to be on line.

The YHA can help, too.

Well, I don't know about campsites, but I recently visited Buxton and Chapel en le frith. It was beautiful! There is also lots to do! My mother loved it so much she is moving there in 2 weeks. Enjoy it where ever you go! =]
