Where DO I START!!!!!!!!?

I want to be really flexible just like gymnists or cheerleaders, i know all my stretches but where do i start??? is there a routine you guys could give me??? 4 every day?

  1. start gymnastics lessons.


  2. I'd start with a yoga class.. followed a week or two later with a gymnastics class. Good Luck!

  3. Look on google for stretches and do them....they tell you what stretch is, you try it , and try it until you are more and more flexible , then ideal.

  5. well do all kinds of stretches...it doesnt matter which you start out with first as long as you do them....sit on the ground with your leg straight out and lean forward as far as you can, go to a wall and sit with your legs apart and push towards the wall as far as you can....do this every day...go as long as you want

  7. you just gotta stretch. but stretching for just a couple days will not make you flekible. it takes awhile. maybe while you're just watching tv you could stretch your legs. make it a priority that you stretch every night or day for watever amount you want/need. also, try some gymnastic or cheerleading classes. going to their practice will help out a lot and when you get older, you will have more experience. hope i helped and God bless!!!! :D
