Where Do I Place my Bunny's Cage?

Question

I might be getting a bunny sometime soon and i was wondering where in my room to place the bunny's cage. At first i wad thinking of a spot below my window but i later read that i should keep my bunny away from possible drafts. The place i was thinking of was also next to the air conditoning vent. I was wondering if anyone had any more guide lines i needed to follow concerning where to place my future bunnies cage. Thanks

well you should not put it anywere in direct sunlight because your bunny will over heat. you also should avoid drafts like air vents

dont put it in front of a window  or in drafts

Next to the window might be better than next to the air conditioning vent, but wither shouldn't be too much of a problem unless you have your window open in severe weather! Read up at http://www.rabbit.org for great info on how to care for pet bunnies.

Look for a place where the air is clear,

Look for a place there is little fear,

Look in the dark with sprinkles of light,

Look in the place where they cant fight.



Basically look in a bright place but with a shadow or shade and a place with fresh air, a place where there is no other dangers or other pets and no loud noises. Good luck! z z x x

the place where most pet owners put there bunny cage is on the floor. but that's not the best place to put the cage though because if something falls in front of the cage or if you step with all your weight might scare it.  i would suggest that you put it on a desk where no direct sunlight will hit it.

don't put it in direct sunlight , and an idea is to place it at waist height where it can always see you so it will be more tameable . good luck with ya new bunny.
