Where Do I sell Chocolate. Is it Legal?

Ok, im 12 years old with no licence or gst number or anything, so would it be possible to put up a stand somewhere and sell chocolate? Is it legal to do it.. And please give me idea's on where to set up the stand! Thanks

You need clearance from your county health department. State and city sales tax license.

Probably a bit much for a 12 year old, unless you can get a parent to help
