Where Do U Report Bogus Nonprofit Organizations?

Does anyone have any advice on where you would report a bogus nonprofit organization? This organization is existing as an organization who help ex cons to get reestablish back into the community, however, I know personally that this organization is as bogus as they come. Everyone working there are relatives and some how the government is giving them funds for this purpose and they're also asking donations from the public. There is no actual address associate with this group and the donations are collected through paypal. I give to charites myself and I just HATE for myself and others to be SCAMED. The organization is located in AZ and if anyone can assist me in reporting this injustice than I will be greatly appreciative.

Try to the Better Business Bureau.

most none profits need to be 501 c/3 with I.R.S. that would be one place to start the other would be the better business burial
