Where Do you Pack Powdered Make-Up when Going On A Airplane?

For Example:

Eyeshadow[Powdered, not gel]

Blush[Powdered]

Concealer[I don't know what it is]

Do i pack everything in a zip loc bag with my Mascara,Lip Gloss and Foundation?

You do not need to put it in the zip lock bag with liquids.   It can be in your carry-on or checked luggage.  There are no restrictions on dry makeup.  See site below...anything that is not listed as restricted...is  fine.
