she obviously doesn'y buy her clothes from just one place. she probably shops at kitson and new york boutiques.

I am not quite sure but I do know urbanoutfitters, vintage boutiques in new york, and Mod Cloth sell similiar stuff to what katy perry wears also try Unique Vintage

dont all famous celebs have personal stylists that get clothes for them or soemthing? idk but u can pick an outfit of hers u like and maybe u can try and copy it. good luck
