  1. you get them when you arrive to the concert. or  you can park at the hotel and walk to the venue. or get them on ticketmaster.com


  2. they were all distributed for free. now the only way you can get some is to buy them from a scalper. the hotel concierge can usually figure out a way to get some for you but it will cost $$$
