  1. I feel, it is better you blend it at your Lab. It is available at selected Petrol pumps, blended at 10% ( E10), but as you are using it for research purpose, i am worried about the exact blend and quality. Hence my honest suggestion is to buy Sulphur free fuels from pumps and blend it according to they ratio you need with Methyl Alcohol, available in your Laboratory. Good luck to your research.
