Try this one - http://healthplans.bebto.com - my family have their health insurance - it is affordable and has good coverage for dental issues.

As I remember they can provide such a service.

Travel health insurance doesn't cover pre-existing conditions but will covered unpected illness or injuries that could happen when visiting a country other than your 'home' country.

In Canada there are Visitor to Canada Insurance plans made for this.  I am not sure where you are from but do an online search for "visitor to (insert country) travel medical insurance" and you should find lots of options!
