i suggest maybe try the LCBO, or a tourist gift shop, you should be able to buy one there. however you will most like have to take it to an engraver to get it engraved, and you can find these in most large shopping malls. but do the work backwards so you know the cost of engraving before you make the purchase of the flask so you know what the final price tag will be.
