Where I can find Spanish Chorizo Sausage (Not Mexican Chorizo) in Los Angeles?

I want to make Spanish Tapas at home but I couldn't find Spanish Chorizo Sausage in the regular grocery stores. All I can find in the store is Mexican style of Chorizo that is not the same texture or taste as the traditional Spanish one.

  2. Wal-Mart sells Chorizo in the Meat Department, but I am not sure what kind.

  5. Look for Linguica, it is a portugese sausage similar to chorizo but is solid and can be diced. It has awesome flavor. They sell it at sam's club where i live (AZ). I'm pretty sure its what you're looking for.

  6. I found some Spanish chorizo at my local Cost Plus World Market. Fresh & Easy stores which have been newly opening recently in the L.A. area carry some Spanish meats & cheeses as well.
