Where I can find a cheap ticket from the USA to ALGERIA on july and august?

I'm trying to travel from st.louis to algiers and the best I get is 1800$ up,its too much at least I can spend 1500$.any help?

Very easy, instead of buying one ticket and have to go via Paris try to ge a cheap ticket from the States to Spain then another one from say Madrid or Barcelona to Algiers.

PS: If you want to the best way is to be creative.
