  1. There is no free. You need to get/install a Bluetooth dongle/radio/adapter onto your PC. After the install, you will have a "My Bluetooth Places" on your desktop. Open it and go to "View devices in range". Have Bluetooth running on the device and put it into discoverable mode. Watch the screens and follow the prompts.
