  1. You can try anyone of these programs:

    The first one is the full suite of OpenOffice in portable mode. Includes Writer, Draw, Math, Calc etc.

    The second is SimpleSpreadsheet, very minimal features.

    The third is a very old one called Spread32. Only compatible with Excel 4.0 and lower.
