Where I can get the complete COUNTRY list and its complete provinces or states list also?

im doing a site where all the contact info of radio stations will be displayed so it would be cool if i have the complete list of countries and its provinces/states..

Keep in mind, however, that there are some countries that aren't recognized by the USA, but may be recognized by other countries.  There are places that usually considered to be countries, but that actually are not.  There are disputed territories, and so on.

There isn't going to be any one list that's completely authoritative since this kind of thing isn't static nor universal.  I would also recommend looking at the members of the United Nations, and then for everything else that's not listed, check those out individually and decided if they should be included in your list or not.

One thing you'll have to consider is the status of territories.  You may find some lists that include them alongside countries, and other lists that will included them as subordinate areas.  Since your list will include administrative areas like states and provinces, you'll need to decide where you'll list territorial areas as well.

The CIA World Factbook lists every country currently recognized by the US.  If you look at "Administrative Divisions" in the Government section, you will see all the provinces/states for the country.
