Where Is Larundel Abandoned Mental Hospital?

I always thought It was On Plenty Road, across the road from Smorgys All-You-Can-Eat.

And I've been there for a quick look (very eerie) but then Google Maps Is telling me Its On Grimshaw Street near The Concord.

Which One Is Correct?

P.S Have you been there, If so - what happened?

its across from bundoora park. on plenty road.

its massive and dangerous. lots of glass. holes in the floor and so on.

really isnt the type of place to be wandering around.
