Where Is The General Tab On My Computer?

Question

I am using Windows Vista on my computer and it says:

Select normal start-up mode on the general tab.

Can anyone tell me where i can find the General Tab.

This message sounds familiar to the MSCONFIG message. I'm not sure if Vista has it. But heres how you do it in XP.. I think its pretty similar if not same in Vista

Go to Start>Run> Type MSCONFIG> you'll see the General Tab & Normal startup..
