Where Should I go for Comp engg?

I'm from India, I wanna go somewhere else to study computer enginnering!!

I have 2 choices Australia Or Japan!!

Where Should i go??

if its your ug then do it in india itself if you have too much money to waste then you  can try U.k or U.S if its for master degree then try those two countries....
