Where To Get A Cheap Webcam in Canada?

well i'm getting 100 dollars from my grandmother in england.(its for my birthday which was 2 months ago)but thats besides the point.i want to go get a webcam out of the 100 dollars.but i want it under 20 dollars.And it has to have a built in microphone. Plzz help me!

and it does a really good job, but out of your price range!

The mikes are cheap.  Get a cheap microphone and put the $20 (or more) into your camera!

Most webcams are below $20, and they come with microphones and headsets too!

You best bet would be to check around your local computer stores and see if they have any sales or deals going on that you can get one for cheap. Most of them will have sales for school on right now, so it's a good time to check.
