Generally, weather maps and charts will use letters and symbols to represent things. If you had a list of what the symbols meant, then that would be all the help you need. However, I have never heard of or seen a 'Cairns post weather chart', therefore I don't know what it uses. If you could provide me with a link to an example of one of these, then maybe I could figure it out.
