  1. You could also try,

    http://www.behindthename.com/usage.php

    http://www.20000-names.com/female_german...

    http://www.20000-names.com/female_norse_...

  2. check out this site! It is great- the first one is german names and the second site is viking names!

  3. I agree there are not that many quality sites out there for names period, much less a large variety of German names.  I listed a few you might like.  My favorite is the 1st one listed, but the second one is quite comprehensive as well.  You can also filter all these sites for other than German names, Norse, Norwegian, etc. as that may be helpful for you as well. Good Luck! Thanks for asking. Peace. ~J~

  4. Viking names. Male Names. A, Abi, Æinridi, Æirik, Ærinmund, Ærnmund, Æsbiorn, Æskil, Agnar, ... Female Names. A, Æstrid, Aldis, Alfdis, Alof, Armod, Arnora, ...

  5. Leif Erickson

  6. I just asked about this yesterday. Just go to google and type in "German baby names." I got loads of websites with lots of examples! Do the same with Viking. I love German names, too.

  7. go to google.com and type in german or viking baby names

or type in german baby names

or type in viking baby names

    hope it helps

  8. a baby named thor would be pretty badass

  9. do a google search!

  10. My favorite new name is Haylan, which is Swedish, but if you type in Scandinavian baby names into yahoo or google you get a long list such as

    http://www.thinkbabynames.com/search/0/s...

    http://www.babynamesocean.com/origin/sca...

I also like Nickolas and Aleksander, which are great names. if all else fails, Beuwulf is a strong Viking Name, and so is Grendal, Hansal and Anikin.

  11. Viking? god please dont do that to your child

  12. I'm Norwegian descent and I have some baby books that have some top names for various backgrounds, but I also found some online for a cousin a few years ago.  I can't remember the name.  However, if you put in baby names + German/Norwegian or something like that, you should be successful.

Or just put in Norwegian names or German names, etc. and see what happens.

    Good luck!
