Where and How do I format newly-inserted extra Hard-drive?

Question

I looked at My Computer, it only has my normal C:/ and D:/ drive. The CD, Memory Stick, and Removable disk things are all empty.

Is there a special place that I access it?

When I detach it and re-attach the hard-drive, it makes that "inserted noise" but no pop up bubble.

PS: Someone said Go to "Disc Management" and format . Where do I find DISC MANAGEMENT??

you will have to right click on my computer and then go to manage.Then when the new window opens go to disk management and then you will see all your drives listed and they will say if they are healthy or whatever.you will notice a new drive there.Just right ckick on it and say new partition  >format ntfs and the start the format.wait for it to finnish and you will see it in my computer.hope this helps.oh and when you right click on the drive to say new partition just keep everything as default and go next next until the format part.cheers!!

right click on my computer select manage then go to disk management . where u get ur hard disk . be careful for formating .if u wroungh data will be lose.
