i have a recipe for chili that everyone keeps telling me is phenomenal. who can i talk to or how can i sell it for a one time profit without having to produce and market it myself?

You need to contact the marketing director at a cannery.

I would start with the big name brands then go from there.

This will not be an easy task, but if you are persistent you can do it.
