Where and how do i enable my email,to email others in the moderator section?

are you a moderator? if you click edit membership top middle of page near group title, scroll down to e-maill address- it'll show you which e-mail is checked. it's already enabled to post unless you see 'verify' next to it. you'd then need to click that and an e-mail will be sent to you and you'd need to follow those instructions within it to verify.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "email others in the moderator section".  although when a person is a moderator or owner, yahoo doesn't really have a special posting area, they post just like any other member does. to locate the moderators addy if you're a member, it's located at the bottom of every group
