Where and how to buy Singapore government bond?

How and where (eg.institution) to buy singapore gov. bond ? Is it true that it can be bought at local banks? Is the product's content (subsquently the return) same if it's bough from different institution?

Thanks for any information and tips. I read websites but didnt really get it.

Most Singapore government bond are usually publish in our newspaper and the content are clearly stated and the various institution where you could purchase.

you can go to any agent banks in singapore.  Initially the product contents are the same when you first bought but, throughout the investments how the team of fund management plays the market depends soley on their expertise and how you want your investment to run; whether you want to re-invest any dividends or take out the dividends each time you receive.  Subsequently, the returns will differ from each individual investor.
