Last Aug 16, 2007 when they lost and found my husband's luggage going t Manila from Hong Kong.We planned this trip after I gave birth of our first and long- awaited baby. we wil celebrate his 1st birthday in Manila with our Filipino friends and will baptized him in Catholic too. BUt Cebu Pacific lost the bggage of my husband. After 3 days, when we'll going back to Hk (where we reside), we found his luggage in the warehouse without any sticker. The damage and inconvenience they caused us cannot be computed. NOBODY out of the 10 tel nos and 10 people we ar edealing with, can even tell us, what we will do. . the shmae it brought us I cant tell. My complaint right now, we bought some clothes for replacement, but they dont want to pay it back, coz I only have the credit card receipts.I got no receipt because nobody fr Cebu Pacific told me what to do they dont even entertain us. Hk office said,we have to claim from Mnaila office, bcos the mistake was done by them.
